1. Granja M Viader
This historic local hangout just off Las Ramblas is a great place to stop off for a nibble and is ideal for finding gluten-free food in Barcelona. Be you in the mood for rustic tapas or coffee and cake, Granja M Viader has the right snack for you. There is a wide range of gluten-free options available, all of which are clearly marked on the menu.

2. Gopal
A popular choice amongst locals when looking for vegan food in Barcelona is Gopal, located in the Gothic quarter. This delicatessen-come-restaurant is open all day and offers a range of tastyhome made options. Their menu del día is a great choice, as are any of their delicious made-on-the-spot smoothies – perfect for a time-out during your tour of Barcelona!

3. Cat Bar
This quirky restaurant in El Born specializes in vegan foods and is known for its arty, happening atmosphere. Think tofu, soy milk, fresh vegetables and bo-ho vibes and you’ve got this placed sussed. So be sure to swing by for your Barcelona vegan fix!

This pretty restaurant has a cute interior, lively ambiance and moreover is a top spot for those with special dietary requirements. Specializing in wholefoods and eco-friendly produce there are some wonderfully healthy choices on offer here. The menu is varied and delicious with some enticing out of the ordinary options!

5. Buenas Migas
Specializing in italian focaccia style treats, Buenas Migas is known for its all-day-long nibbles and chilled out feeling. All of the products are home made according to traditional recipes, are preservative free and include only the highest quality produce. There is a useful system of symbols shown the products allowing customers to easily select, lactose and gluten free items as well as vegetarian options.
