Barcelona Shopping Night 2012 – A Fairytale Come-to-Life!

The Shopping Night Barcelona brings magic and wonder to the streets of the Catalan capital as the third edition of this fantastic event kicks off the Christmas shopping season with some sparkle. Much like the previous years, on November 22^nd the stores of the grand Passeig de Gràcia and its nearby ‘calles’ will keep their doors open until 1am, but this time with a fantasy twist! With a Snow White village and a Cinderella photo call, the 2012 Shopping Night is set to be the most enchanting yet!

Shop ‘Til You Drop!

Whether you consider yourself a shopaholic or not, the Barcelona Shopping Night 2012 has something for you. From designer labels like Chanel and Tiffany & Co. to high-street favorites like Zara and Stradivarius, the stores in Barcelona will show you a good time as you treat yourself or browse for gifts until the wee hours of the morning. With many establishments offering special treats, promos and champagne, there’s no excuse not to indulge in a little shopping adventure!

Passeig de Gràcia –The Perfect Backdrop

Exclusively for The Shopping Night Barcelona, this renowned Barcelona street turns into a shopper’s dream-come-true. With various sections of the street dedicated to some of the oldest fairytale characters ranging from Cinderella to Rapunzel, and even the story of A Christmas Carol, this event will put you in the perfect holiday mood – just make sure you don’t lose your glass slipper while you shop.

Special Fairytale Activities

Be sure to check out these events that have just been added to the schedule:

• Village VIP Cinderella at the Palau Robert – featuring a photo call all night, as well as opera singers performing famous carols from around the world at 10pm.
• Open Snow White Village – A food tasting area, where you can sample the very best in local cuisine. Located in the center of Passeig de Gràcia and Carrer de Provença.
• Sleeping Beauty – Christmas carols between Plaça Catalunya and Gran Via, while “Sleeping Beauty” is performed by over 200 ballet dancers from the Fragment Ballet School.
