Erin is a senior at the University of Texas at Austin studying abroad in Barcelona. She loves three things in this world more than anything and they are desserts, animals and a good adventure. Erin hopes to one day spend a considerable amount of her career working internationally. Her next dream vacation is to spend a month in Greece!
