It’s an ideal plan for families visiting Barcelona at Christmas, as it combines Catalan tradition, culture, and play. It is recommended to book in advance and wear comfortable clothing. On Montjuïc, the year is bid farewell in style, with different light, water, drone, and fireworks shows at its iconic fountain, all accompanied by music. The theme chosen for this year is love. In addition to all these shows, the countdown for the New Year’s bells will take place to welcome 2026. It is recommended to arrive early to the event, as it is so magical and unique that many people want to experience it up close.

For those who prefer to avoid the crowds or seek a different experience, Poble Espanyol, located on Montjuïc, usually organizes its own New Year’s Eve party. Say goodbye to 2025 in a very special way!
