A firm favourite amongst the parks of the city, Ciutadella Park is a wonderful place for a picnic stop during your sightseeing tour of Barcelona. Located in the heart of the city, just off the old town, Ciutadella is great place for people of all ages to enjoy. The Arc de Triomf and Zoo, along with the beautiful fountain, pedalo lake and mysterious mammoth provide plenty of culture and entertainment, whilst the grassy, palm tree-laced stretches are ideal for lazing in the sun and setting up your perfect Barcelona picnic.

2. Barceloneta Beach
What better way to nibble on Catalan food than with sand between your toes and the sound of the Med splashing in the background? Barceloneta beach is a great choice for a sunny picnic in Barcelona.
